This degree focused on working in teams to accomplish goals. Physics, cultural systems, learning and teaching, debate, advertising, design, marketing; methods of evaluation, timelines, budgets, and professional practice were just some of the areas explored. This encouraged students to use analytical tools and present information in a comprehensive manner.

This degree program trained the mind to think in three dimensions and taught the basic skills of computer-aided drafting and working on a drafting table. Several classes focused on mathematics, and physics applied to structures and strengths of materials.
